Not feeling anything is worse than pain, worse than sadness and fear. Appreciate every emotion and feeling! The lows make you appreciate the ups! How else would you know what happiness is if you have not ever felt miserable. Blocking your emotions only leads to depression. So, if today is not your day, call a friends, go for a walk, spend time with your family... Or open a newspaper and see how much pain is out there. Everything in life happens for a reason. Don't be afraid to live your life with all your heart and soul!
