In the cold months there is nothing like a home made meal. Baking does not necessarily mean unhealthy, heavy cakes and pastries. There are so many healthy alternatives to sugar, flour and diary. Yesterday I made these delicious balls and it took no more than 20 min (including the preparation and baking time). Simply mix all the ingredients above and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Have them with almond milk with cinnamon in the morning or as a sweet treat before bed. Enjoy!
